Cancellation policy
Subscriptions renew automatically and charge your saved payment method until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime, online, before your next billing date.

How billing works. When you subscribe, you agree that we will charge the price shown at checkout (plus applicable taxes and shipping) on the date of your first order and then on each renewal date (every month or every 3 months, depending on your plan) until you cancel. Your renewal date and amount are shown in your account.
Reminders. We'll email you 3 days before each renewal.
Price or plan changes. If we change the price or terms of your subscription, we'll email you at least 7 days before the change takes effect, so you can cancel first.
Skip, pause or cancel. Log in to your account at bendbeauty.com → Manage subscriptions, or email connect@bendbeauty.com. Changes made before 11:59 pm ET the day before your renewal date apply to that renewal; after that, the order may already be processing. There are no cancellation fees or minimum number of orders. We'll confirm every cancellation by email.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you and retry the payment up to 3 times. Your subscription may be paused until your payment details are updated.
Returns. Unopened subscription orders can be returned under our Refund Policy.
Consent. At checkout you'll be asked to confirm you understand the automatic renewal before your subscription starts. We keep a record of that confirmation.
