We ship to Canada and the United States. Orders over $99 CAD in Canada and $80 USD in the US ship free.
Processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Canadian orders ship from Mississauga, Ontario, and US orders ship from Romeoville, Illinois. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

United States (prices in USD)
Standard shipping is $9.99, free on orders of $80 or more. Estimated delivery is 3–9 business days. Prices are charged in USD, with no duties or import fees.
Subscriptions. Subscription orders follow the same rates and timelines. Orders on the 3-Month Plan ship free.
Missing or damaged orders. Please check your shipping address at checkout; we can't redirect parcels once shipped. If your package is missing or arrives damaged, contact us at connect@bendbeauty.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
