Been Using for 2 years now, Hair and nails are noticeably stronger!

I usually drink this with warm water (like a tea). I find it makes a huge difference for my hair and nails. I dont know if I find a huge difference with my skin cause I have a pretty good skin regime as it is, but I'm sure it helps in some way!

I have been taking the strawberry flavoured collagen for more than 6 months, I have noticed less pain and stiffness in my knees, as a bonus my hair looks healthier and is very shiny plus my nails are definitely stronger too!
